Despite only sending the clothes around 10 days in advance, the bear was completed ahead of Mother's Day to an exceptional standard. Instructions (i.e. the placement of one of the items, the details for the personalisation of the paws) were followed. My wife was delighted with the gift and it will be something that we treasure.
